I am an integrative psychotherapist, which means that I will work with you to find the right approach. Often emotional distress can only be resolved once we have worked through your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations. This means that we will need to integrate principles from different therapeutic approaches including Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR.
