So I found this little gem on Action for Happiness’ website. I know, it is for April, but it is no less useful for May, June, July, or any other month of the year.
It offers a suggested activity for each day of the month. Do you remember how I have mentioned the depression cycle in previous articles? This fits perfectly into tackling that cycle. When you are depressed, your negative thoughts and feelings can lead to less activity, and this only makes you feel worse. Break that depression cycle by taking part in one activity a day.
