If we feel anxious, we perceive dangers, and we often believe that we are unable to cope with that feared situation. Often this is a fallacy, and there is little to fear, and we actually have the ability we doubt.
The more we avoid a situation, the more anxiety takes whole. Therapists help people to reduce their anxiety by gradually exposing them to the situations they fear
