I work with people who identify as nonbinary or transgender, and I offer a person-centered approach to managing depression, anger, anxiety, relationship issues, and work issues. I will support you as we work out what you need, and how you are going to get this. Together we will identify internal and external resources that you have, and resources that you need.
I use the phrase 'gender affirming therapy' because I believe you are the expert on your own gender identity. Sometimes it is hard to work through the obstacles alone, so I am here to help you find a way to live your authentic gender identity. Some of the people I work with do not seek help because of issues relating to their gender.
