- Panic Disorder – A sudden onset of intense fear and discomfort that quickly reaches a peak and includes symptoms such as difficulty breathing, a racing heart, etc
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder – This relates to intrusive thoughts forcing people to obsessively engage in behaviour. For example, someone might believe that their family will die if they do not touch the door four times
