Talking about your experiences in a safe, supportive space can rewire your brain.

In therapy, your brain begins to:
  • Create new neural pathways
  • Weaken old trauma responses
  • Strengthen emotional regulation
  • Improve memory, mood, and focus

This is called neuroplasticity – your brain’s ability to adapt and change through new experiences.
