![]() We all have times when we find life difficult. Whether it is a problematic relationship, a work issue, family dynamics, or just generally feeling in a funk that you cannot shake. We have all been there. The trouble is, we just don't talk about it. We try to pretend that we are impervious, and we hold ourselves out as maintaining a higher standard than we would ever expect of others. So let's try and break down this barrier and become more honest about our feelings and needs. I challenge you to post something in response to this blog, and you share a time when things felt tough. But there are a few guidelines to keep things contained - 1. Only share what you feel comfortable with sharing. 2. Try and share something that has been resolved. If it is a current dilemma, perhaps talking to someone in a more confidential setting is a better way forward. 3. Tell us what felt wrong, and what made things worse. But also tell us what made things better. I look forward to hearing from you.
