Trauma and Identity

The Trevor Project has released their 2025 U.S. National Survey on the Mental Health of LGBTQ+ Young People. This is the kind of information that is essential for therapists to understand, yet I still meet mental health professionals who claim that, these days, sexuality has a minimal impact on mental health.
