I use gentle, proven methods like EMDR to help "unstick" old, painful memories and help your internal alarm system finally realize that the danger is over.
Instead of just managing your symptoms, we work together to build a sense of internal safety. My goal is to listen deeply. I listen to your words but also to the story your body is trying to tell.
