Explore Transform LLC offers a tailor-made therapy and mental health service in New Jersey. Based in Ridgewood (Bergen County), we serve the whole of New Jersey and we are in the process of setting up to serve any state that has entered into the Counseling Compact. To check to see if your state has entered the Counseling Compact, please check with the American Counseling Association.
We specialize in burnout, loneliness, and powerlessness. As part of our approach to psychotherapy, we make use of Polyvagal Theory and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). At this time, we offer our services via a confidential teletherapy portal. We work with adults and teenagers, and we are committed to adopting an inclusive, person-centered approach to our psychotherapy service. We also recognize our privilege (and inevitable bias) and how this might influence our worldview. We are invested in continuously working to address this privilege and bias. At Explore Transform we are queer owned and run, and we are neurodiversity affirming. To offer you an exceptional levels of care, please read this page regarding our fees. |
